Does Brew Go heat the water on its own?
Yes! Brew Go has a built-in self-heating function. Just add water, press the button, and it’ll heat and brew your espresso in minutes.
For a stronger, richer flavour and thicker crema, we recommend using hot water instead of cold - it gives you that true barista-style result.
How do I charge Brew Go?
It’s USB rechargeable. Simply plug it in with the included charging cable. A full charge takes about 3–4 hours and gives you multiple brews.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders to Australia.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. The parts that come in contact with coffee can be rinsed easily under running water. We recommend cleaning after each use for best results.
Only the top and bottom sections are washable and waterproof. The middle section contains the charging port, so do not rinse or submerge it in water - just wipe it gently with a damp cloth.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Most items arrive within 3 to 10 working days depending on your location within Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Australia at the moment. You can contact our team for any further questions or potential custom international deliveries.
